Create internal transfer (by account ID)

Creates an internal transfer where the destination is identified by its account UUID. **Requirement:** Both the source and destination accounts must be registered in the CorpX API (i.e., both must have API access enabled). This is the most performant method for transfers between known accounts. For transfers to accounts that are **not** registered in the API, use the `/by-document` endpoint (resolves by CPF/CNPJ) or the `/by-bank-account` endpoint (resolves by branch + account number). Internal transfers are instant. Outbound amounts are checked against the same daily remaining allowance as the mobile app (São Paulo calendar day) and the per-transaction PIX cap; over-limit calls return 422 `limit_exceeded_daily` or `limit_exceeded_transaction`.
