limit_request.created

Pedido de aumento de limite aberto (não sai de novo no replay da Idempotency-Key)

Pedido de aumento aberto. Sai no INSERT, venha ele da API (channel: api, token de integrador) ou do backoffice (channel: backoffice, token de usuário do painel). Não sai no replay da mesma Idempotency-Key. O id do envelope é lr-{id}-pending_review.

data tem o mesmo shape de limit_request.updated, mais currentLimitBrl (teto efetivo na abertura, inclusive o cadastro anterior; 0 só se a janela estava aberta), justification e channel.

Assinatura com lista vazia recebe o evento. Lista explícita só recebe se limit_request.created estiver nela. Deduplique pelo id.

Acknowledged. Any 2xx within 10 seconds stops retries; anything else is retried with backoff (see the Webhooks guide).
