Sai na aprovação (o teto já foi aplicado), na recusa e no cancelamento. actingDocument é o CPF ou CNPJ de quem pediu — use-o para avisar a pessoa certa. approvedLimitBrl pode ser menor que o pedido quando o analista ajusta o valor. effectiveAt null significa que o teto novo já vale.
